HONOURABLE DOODEI WEEK CHARGES STUDENTS

THE HONOURABLE COMMISSIONER FOR AGRICULTURE AND NATURAL RESOURCES, BAYELSA STATE, HONOURABLE DOODEI WEEK, CHARGES HONOURABLE-DOODEI-WEE- CHARGES-STUDENTSTARAKIRI STUDENTS TO SHURN SOCIAL VICES

Honourable Doodei Week used the occasion to encourage prospective students not to be discouraged by the obstacles of life, as nothing good comes easy. He went on to buttress his point by making reference to the proverbial palm cutter ‘who may only see a bunch of fruit while on the ground, but can possibly meet more fruits when taken the effrontery to climb to the top’.

The man who is beautifully steering the Agriculture revolution of the Restoration Administration, Honourable Doodei Week, over the weekend, charged students of Tarakiri extraction to shurn every acts detrimental to society, prominently cultism and drug abuse. He advised them to embrace God, affirming that it was the only means God can manifest his purpose through them.

"You can do all to concentrate on your studies and depend only on God for your successes. Anything contrary to your dependence on God is a deceit and you must not fall prey", he maintained.
In a separate remarks as Special Guest of Honour to the foremost students bodies of both Oweikorogha and Anyama-Ijaw communities, the "Digital" Honourable Commissioner described Education as not only one, being able to read and write, but how one's mentality is beautifully trained to positively attend to issues of life for societal transformation.

Going further, he called on prospective students of Tarakiri origin to take advantage of the educational opportunities created by the Restoration Administration with a view to meaningfully contributing to society.

In his usual instinct of altruism and students friendliness, after appreciating the student community for the honour extended to  him, asked them to approach him for assistance anytime assistance is needed from him. "I will not hesitate to render assistance to you if I have the means", he pledged.
