GREAT AGRICULTURAL REVOLUTION IN BAYELSA STATE

Great agricultural revolution is taking place in Bayelsa State under the able leadership of Governor Dickson.

By appointing the right person in to be in charge of the Agriculture Ministry with Honourable Prince Doodei Week, there is ‘blue and Green’ revolution taking place.

Before the appointment of Honourable Doodei Week, the Agricultural sub-sector was not dynamic as it is, as latest technology is deployed in Aquaculture activities as can be seen in the way the Aquaculture village is properly managed by private hands which is generating great employment and income for the state.

The Ebedebiri Cassava and Starch processing farm has been handed over to foreign investors which has created a brighter future for increased production of agricultural products and processing that will soon create opportunities for local and international markets. This will no doubt create more employment and income generating providing opportunities for Bayelsans and the State Government as well.

No doubt Honorable Doodei Week, the Commissioner for Agriculture and Natural Resources was drafted to man the activities of this great Ministry by the great and visionary leader, His Excellency, Henry Seriake Dickson the Ofuruma Pepper who has no rival when it comes to taking the right decisions in managing the economy of our great State, Bayelsa, the ‘Glory’ of all lands in the country.

I believe that Bayelsans should look forward to having the kinds of Honourable Prince Doodei Week to take over the mantle of leadership from our amiable Governor whose tenure will expire come February 14th 2020.

Bravo, Governor Dickson!
Bravo, Honourable Prince Doodei Week!
Bravo, Bayelsa State!
